Car Park Department
Car Park Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall car park operations
  • Good at staffing arrangement
  • To ensure smooth functioning of the car park at all times
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity in shopping mall, hospitality or high rise commercial building
  • Preferably with knowledge in the operations of car park systems and equipment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and result oriented
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Car Park Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all the equipments are functioning efficiently
  • Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements
  • Directs and supervises Car Park Assistant on their job
  • Maintains various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the Car Park
  • Prepares and submits reports to include incident and accidents reports, maintenance defaults, customer complaints and special requests from the Executive and above
  • Make sure that each car park and level is attended to clean and well operational
  • Participate in the daily collection procedures and reports to be submitted to Finance department
  • Prints reports from the central parking management system and co-ordinate with Executives and above
Requirements:
  • STPM/SPM
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably with knowledge in the operations of full automated car park systems and equipment
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on and result oriented
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Car Park Assistant
Requirements:
  • STPM/SPM
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity in shopping mall, high rise commercial building or hotel
  • Experience in day to day operations of multistory car park would be an added advantage
  • Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • High level of integrity and able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Handyman
Requirements:
  • SPM(V) / SPM
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Skillful in general maintenance works
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility & initiative
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Housekeeping Department
Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the daily operations of Housekeeping Department
  • To supervise contract cleaner and ensure that the manpower supply are enough for all shift duties
  • Inspect all concourse areas, washrooms, all public spaces (common area) and to ensure that the cleaning standard are maintain at all time
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate/school leaver(S) are encouraged to apply
  • Good leadership skills and able to lead contract cleaner
  • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malayisa and English

Marketing & Leasing Department
Executive, Marketing & Leasing
Responsibilities:
  • To source for prospective tenants for the Complex
  • To deal with tenants in proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields
  • Negotiate, develop and prepare documents related to property leasing
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in property sales or mall marketing segment especially to lease out the vacant retail lots
  • Excellent negotiation and sound knowledge of the retail market
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership, a team player with good management and interpersonal skills
Maintenance & Engineering Department
Assistant Manager, Maintenance
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager to manage the Complex Maintenance Department
  • Establish specific maintenance procedures, inspection and maintenance work schedule
  • Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors and local authorities
  • Ensure that all the maintenance work are running smoothly and met the required standard
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in high rise commercial building, shopping mall or hotel
  • Hands-on and customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities
  • Strong leadership skill combined with good technical knowledge and coordinating skill
  • Able to work on irregular hours especially during weekends and public holidays
HT Chargeman
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintenance and operations of all electrical system for the Complex
  • Daily inspection on the electrical main switch board for the Complex
Requirements:
  • Possess Chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, preferably those with grade B4 or BO-33KV
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in shopping mall, high rise commercial building or hotel
  • Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc
  • Resourceful, initiative and performance driven
  • Able to work on irregular hours especially on weekends and public holidays
Executive, Maintenance
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Maintenance Manager in planning, repairing ,upgrading, renovating & etc for the Complex
  • To schedule, supervise and leading a team of maintenance staff in completing the assigned duties within stipulated time frame
  • To organize, schedule and supervise team members on work performance and quality
  • To arrange and ensure periodic preventive maintenance work being carried out as per schedule
  • To liaise with contractors and TNB on shop lot renovation application for power supply as per listed in the complex renovation manual
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in maintenance and repair of M&E equipment
  • Able to lead and organize the team
  • Able to work on irregular hours ,during weekends and public holidays
Marketing & Promotions Department
Customer Care Assistant
Requirements:
  • STPM / SPM or any related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience preferably with experience in front line service in the shopping mall or hospitality industry
  • Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Executive, Marketing & Promotions
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing effective campaigns which meet the Company’s marketing objectives and drive footfall to the Mall.
  • Seamlessly incorporate branding of tenants and mall through events and promotion, advertising and public relations.
  • Secure sponsorships and collaborations with tenants and external organizers to present vibrant and exciting campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external parties.
  • Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals
  • Research and propose thematic events which are unique to the market, and to communicate implementation with the team to ensure maximum publicity and reach.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
  • Tuned into popular culture i.e. viral trends, current happenings, entertainment, F&B, lifestyle scenes.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Word & Excel and Google Docs. Knowledge in Adobe tools e.g. Photoshop will be an added bonus.

Executive, Social Media
Responsibilities:
  • Work with related parties to create a social media strategy related to marketing, PR, internal and external events’ projects.
  • Gather info and materials in preparation for work that needs to be accomplished.
  • To work closely with copywriters and designers to build content (text, visuals or videos) for communication with the online community.
  • Contest ideation and implementation on social media – from announcing it, to handling queries from participants, to short listing & identifying winners, and contacting winners.
  • To setup ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc and monitor the campaigns & perform real-time optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor social media sites for opportunities and initiate conversations.
Requirements:

  • Working experience in Theme Park as technician would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of mechanic, hydraulic, grear box, clutch, pneumatic equipment and welding would be an added advantage

Senior Electrical Technician
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to formulate and implement sales strategies for the Theme Park
  • Proactive and able to monitor all business planning set by the Management
  • Hands-on in researching and analyzing all collected data and transform them into business strategies and new ideas in order to develop business opportunities for the Theme Park
Requirements:
  • Master/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in hospitality and service industry. Preferably with experience in Theme Park environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong leadership skills. Able to lead Sales & Marketing team for the Theme Park
  • Result-oriented, aggressive and manage to achieve the pre-set sales targets
  • Strong analytical mind and good business manner

  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel
Executive, Sales
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and generate business for the Theme Park

  • To assist and support the Sales & Marketing Manager in budget planning and to ensure that the respective department concerned achieve its target
  • Develop and maintain files on sales accounts within his/her market areas
